1. I have a product in warranty that has developed a fault. What can I do ?
We will always help you out if your product develops a fault while under warranty.
For assistance, you can contact us in one of the following ways:
In store: Simply take your faulty product along with proof of purchase to Refurbino Ltd.
Our colleagues in store will check your product and, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, will either book your product in for repair or provide you with a replacement.
Over the phone: In the case of large products such as white goods and TVs, please call our contact Centre on 0-954-066-9891 where our colleagues in Sheffield will arrange either a repair or exchange.
Online: If you purchased your product online, you can request a repair or exchange by logging into your personal account and selecting ‘Ask a question’ and then following the ‘Product support, returns & after-care service’ link.
2. A product has developed a fault and is out of warranty. What can I do?
While it can be frustrating if a product develops a fault out of warranty, our Knowhow team is here to help.
In store: Visit us in store to speak to a Knowhow colleague who can advise you on the most suitable service to get your product working again.
By phone: You can also call our Knowhow team at their Delhi, India based call centre on 0-954-066-9891. We will advise you on the best repair solution and can even arrange services for you over the phone.
3. Can I return an unwanted product?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. You can return unwanted items to store, by phone, or online if purchased from our website.

4. How will my product be delivered?
Large items and installations: Large products such as white goods and televisions are delivered directly from our distribution Centre and are installed by our skilled Knowhow team.
Smaller items: Smaller items will be delivered by courier. The courier delivering your items will be detailed in your order confirmation along with directions on how to track your parcel.
5. How do I change the delivery date of my item?
If you would like to change the delivery or installation date of a product, please call our Delhi based contact Centre on 0-954-066-9891.
Products delivered via courier cannot be rearranged, although if you miss your delivery, most couriers leave information detailing their missed delivery process.

6. What is Order & Collect?
Order & Collect allows you to select an item online and collect it from store. There are two Order & Collect options:
Reserve & Collect: Reserve & Collect allows you to reserve your item online and pay for it upon collection in store.
Look for this icon to confirm your item is available for Reserve & Collect:
Available to Order online & collect in store in 1 hour
Pay & Collect: If a product isn’t available in store but is available on our website, you can pay for it online and have it delivered to store for collection at your convenience.

7. Can you collect my old product?
If you’re having a new product delivered, we will happily remove and recycle your old one.
8. Do you offer home or business installation?
From hard-wiring white goods to wall-mounting TVs, we offer a range of installation services to suit your needs.
